It's crazy how many customers will watch us lubricate their garage door/opener and say, "I don't think I have ever done that... What? No maintenance? No wonder it broke. We always lubricate all rollers, hinges, bearings and springs. You would be amazed with how many customers are in awe about how quiet their garage door and operator are after being lubricated. Our annual maintenance service also includes adjusting spring tension and lubricating the operator's drive gear (If applicable).
