Often the best way to protect yourself from a garage door emergency is by performing preventative maintenance. Many people don't realize that their garage door and operator in fact do require routine maintenance. We understand that people get busy and forget about maintenance. As long as the door opens and closes it's all good right... Wrong. That's why we offer our VIP membership program.
WE OFFER PEACE OF MIND...
As mentioned above, preventative maintenance is the best way to prevent a garage door emergency. Our VIP Membership, which costs only $9.99 per month (Residential Only) includes the following:

(2) Annual maintenance visits.

Every 6 months we will contact you to schedule a maintenance visit. During this visit one of our technicians will:
- Lubricate all moving parts and springs on your garage door
- Inspect for any loose, missing or damaged parts
- Check garage door spring tension/balance
- Check/adjust operator chain or belt tension
- Lubricate any operator drive gear and moving parts

​24 Hour Emergency Services
​
Preventative maintenance often helps prevent garage door emergencies, but let's face it, stuff can happen.
People drive their cars into garage doors, springs break, etc... We don't offer our emergency services to just anyone. Afterall, we like to sleep too. However, our VIP members have access to 24 hour emergency services. No matter what time it is, we will send a technician for your garage door emergency needs.​​​
DISCLAIMER
1 Year membership requirement
All subscribed memberships are for a 1 year period and can be renewed annually. If subscriber terminates the subscription prior to completing the 1 year minimum requirement, the subscriber will be charged for the remaining months.

Residential Customers Only​
​
Our VIP Membership program is good for residential garage door customers only and does not include commercial garage doors or businesses. This membership does include residential out building doors, however additional costs will be accrued if a scissor lift is necessary to complete maintenance.

Declined Payment
​
If subscriber's credit card on file is declined for any reason, a $20 non-sufficient fund charge will be added to the next billing cycle. This includes but is not limited to expired credit cards and credit cards that have exceeded their credit limit.

Membership Coverage
​
The VIP membership only pertains to the address that was provided upon initially subscribing. The subscriber may not use their membership for any other people or addresses. Additionally, the VIP program only includes maintenance on your garage door(s) and operator(s) and does not include the cost of repairs (materials +labor)

Emergency Services​​
​
In order to receive emergency services through our company you must be part of our VIP membership program. Emergency services only qualify for residential customers. Subscribers may not use their emergency services for other people or addresses. The VIP membership includes a technician being available immediately but does not include the cost (materials + labor) to make the repair necessary to fix the issue at hand. Additional costs are accrued for repairs made.

Geographical Stipulations
​
Subscribers must be within 30 miles of one of our locations (Our closest location to subscribers address). If the subscriber is outside of this geographical area, $1.00 per additional mile (round trip) will be charged to the subscribers credit card on file.​​​​​​​
