We’ll contact you every 6 months to schedule your maintenance visit — so you don’t have to remember.

24-Hour Emergency Service Access

Even with proper maintenance, unexpected issues can still happen. Springs break, doors get damaged, and accidents occur.

As a VIP Member, you’ll have access to 24-hour emergency service, giving you peace of mind knowing a technician is available when you need one — no matter the time.

Please note: Emergency access ensures priority service, but repair costs (labor and materials) are not included.

Membership Terms & Disclaimer

1-Year Membership Requirement
All VIP memberships require a 1-year commitment and may be renewed annually. If a subscriber cancels before the end of the 12-month term, they will be charged for the remaining months of the agreement.

Residential Customers Only
The VIP Membership is available for residential garage door customers only. It does not apply to commercial garage doors or business locations. Residential outbuilding doors may be included, but additional charges may apply if a scissor lift is needed to complete maintenance.

Declined Payments
If the credit card on file is declined for any reason, a $20 non-sufficient funds fee will be added to the next billing cycle. This includes, but is not limited to, expired credit cards or cards that have exceeded their limit.

Membership Coverage
The VIP Membership only applies to the address provided at the time of signup. Membership benefits cannot be used for other people, properties, or addresses. The program covers maintenance services for your garage door(s) and operator(s), but does not include the cost of repairs, labor, or replacement materials.

Emergency Service Terms
Emergency service access is reserved exclusively for VIP members and is available only for residential customers. Emergency service benefits may not be used for other people or addresses. While the membership provides access to immediate technician availability, it does not include the cost of repairs, parts, or labor needed to resolve the issue.

Geographical Limitations
Subscribers must be located within 30 miles of one of our locations, based on the nearest location to the subscriber’s address. If the address falls outside of that range, an additional charge of $1.00 per mile round trip will be applied to the credit card on file.
